Title: Production Planner
Position Summary
The Production Planner will ensure production schedules, deadlines, and quotas are met by overseeing the flow of materials, components, tooling, and paperwork among departments, and by taking action to solve problems and fulfill rush orders.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Reviews Sales orders and quotes to fully understand deadlines and production quotas.
- Collaborates with clients, suppliers, and delivery firms to discuss timelines and answer inquiries.
- Drafts, revises, and distributes production schedules.
- Utilizes NetSuite to auto‐generate manufacturing work orders.
- Releases manufacturing work orders to the warehouse for picking.
- Communicates with departments to ensure that materials, components, tools, and paperwork are supplied efficiently.
- Identifies problems in workflows, determines required solutions and improvements, and implements necessary modifications in affected departments and teams.
- Identifies and recommends improvements to increase production; options may include hiring staff, increasing overtime, or obtaining new machinery.
- Identifies the cause of product defects; implements plans to resolve problems.
- Communicates with departments and customers support when shipping delays occur.
- Collects and analyzes data regarding efficiency and timeliness of production.
- Maintains or assists with maintenance of inventories; orders supplies.
- Ensures compliance with applicable federal, state, and internal safety regulations and policies.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Production and Processing – Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
- Ability to interact well with internal and external customers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient use of computer systems and software applications.
- In-depth knowledge of ERP or MRP software, NetSuite preferred.
- 5+ years production planning experience in a related industry
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Ability to work on-site at our plant in Aurora, IL, Monday through Friday
Work Environment
The working environment for this position is a mix of an office environment and a warehouse plant environment. While you will be working at a desk, your responsibilities will require regular presence on our plant floor. The plant working conditions include loud machinery and equipment. Plant presence requires attention to surroundings to uphold safety guidelines and standards. Dress requirements include long pants that cover legs in entirety and long hair to be pulled and tied back.

Title: Regional Sales Manager
Salary Range: Commensurate with experience plus bonus and commission opportunities
Position Summary
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and driving sales activities within the Mountain and West Coast areas of the United States. Applicants must reside in Mountain or Pacific Time Zones. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the market.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and review long-and short-term sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets and expand market presence.
- Establish sales objectives by projecting expected sales volume and forecasting and developing sales quotas for territories and the assigned region to meet corporate objectives.
- Develop new programs and action plans to facilitate the implementation of the regional sales programs, sales initiatives, and strategies to capture key targets.
- Act as a key client resource to initiate and foster quality business relationships.
- As a product expert, meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs, goals, and objectives to recommend viable value-added solutions.
- Document customer interactions and maintain data related to activities, accounts, and partners. Included but not limited to updating CRM, weekly and monthly recaps for you and rep groups.
- Maintain technical and professional knowledge by reviewing professional publications, participating in professional societies, and establishing personal networks.
- Keep current with economic indicators, changing trends, supply and demand and competitors to maintain sales volume and product mix.
- Provide the necessary support to sales representatives to enable them to generate market leads and close new deals.
- Work closely with other departments, including production and sales support, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall company goals.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to enhance brand visibility and network with potential clients.
- Organize training for new manufacturer sales representatives, dealers, distributors, and OEM’s.
- Recommend service and product enhancement to improve the sales potential and customer satisfaction.
- Positively contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Currently live in the western US Mountain area (Utah, Colorado, Idaho, Arizona, Washington, Oregon, or Nevada)
- 5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying role for sales to Convenience, Supermarkets, Drug & Dollar, Liquor Stores
- Knowledge of the dealer network, Convenience, Supermarket, Drug & Dollar, Liquor Store industries within the territory
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Able to travel more than 50% of the time
- Valid driver’s license with no recent driving record demerits (within 5 years), ability to rent cars
- Team-oriented
- Well versed with Outlook, Word, and Excel
